Quality Control is defined by our customer’s input and feedback as well as a diligent and
continuous internal examination of the daily processes. In order to maintain our internal
control, Sun City Security, maintains several reports:
Once awarded the security contract, a member of Sun City Security Services will create a full set of detailed post orders that define the duties expected of the security officer. Post Orders serve two purposes: First for the security officer, and second for the client. This forms the cornerstone for our off-site training for your facility, incorporating instruction with role-playing between instructor and student. By the time personnel are assigned to your facility, the supervisor conducts an on-site “walkthrough” to ensure that the training was thorough and every aspect of the day-to-day management of your facility is met.
Sun City Security Services will regularly mail out surveys requesting the client’s input and feedback on Sun City Security Services’ quality and services. This documentation supports our operations management in ensuring that your day-to-day needs are met.
Gives you the opportunity to help us reward your site’s outstanding personnel by recommending your best officer monthly for a cash recognition award for exceptional performance during the preceding month. Officers also receive cash incentive bonuses for referring candidates for employment and potential clients. When possible, we also offer health insurance to our personnel.
Sun City Security Services’ extensive experience ensures that each facet of the transition process is meticulously planned and implemented, facilitating a seamless transfer from your current security provider to Sun City Security Services.
Security and safety are major concerns in all building/sites, while Sun City Security Services, is present, during our working hours
